Upcoming Club Dates Have Changed!
Two new clubs were slated to begin on February 24th and 25th. However, do to unforeseen circumstances, those dates have been pushed back. The new Wednesday Minecraft Club will have six sessions starting on March 9th. The new Technology Club was only pushed back one week and will now start on Thursday, March 3. If you have any questions, please fill out the contact form that can be accessed from the menu bar at the top of the page. Thanks!
Please Send in Notes
For any new clubs, please fill out a note for students to bring to school stating the day that students will be staying after and the length of time they will be doing this for. Have them give the notes to Mr. Avery prior to the start of the club. This will ease any issues that may arise by forgetting to send in a note the day of the club. Without a note, students will be sent home their normal way and will have to be brought back.

ABOUT
I’m so glad to be able to offer various after school clubs here through the Recreation Department. During the course of the year, students will be able to sign up to join Minecraft or Technology Clubs.
Minecraft Club
In Minecraft Club, students will use MinecraftEDU, a special version of Minecraft made specifically for schools. Students can participate in either a survival or a creative world, where they’ll be able to collaborate to dig, mine, and build!
Technology Club
In Tech Club, students will have the opportunity to create videos, learn computer programming with Sphero robots, use various web based games, explore iPad apps, and even fly a DJI Phantom 3 drone!
